InGaAs linear image sensors are self-scanning photodiode arrays designed specifically for near infrared (NIR) multichannel spectroscopy and dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM). These devices operate over a wide photometric range. Our products incorporate an InGaAs photodiode array chip and a C-MOS multiplexer with charge integration amplifiers. Many devices have internal thermoelectric coolers. Multichannel detector head and driver/amplifier circuit (sold separately), for InGaAs linear image sensors, are also available. Our InGaAs arrays cover a broad spectral range from 0.9 µm to 1.67 µm or 1.2 µm up to 2.55 µm. They are used in process monitoring, pharmaceutical quality control, NIR spectroscopy and optical communications.
