Light Sources

Lamps

  Deuterium lamps These lamps emit a broad spectrum in the UV region and are characterized by excellent stability, long life, and high brightness.
  Mercury-xenon lamps These lamps emit UV to IR light with sharp peaks in the UV and visible regions corresponding to mercury's spectral lines. Other features include high output intensity, high stability, and long life.

  UV-Visible fiber light source solutions
    We have a selection of light source solutions for OEMs and end users, including VUV light sources, UV-Visible fiber light sources, and strobe light sources.
     

    Detectors

     

    UV-Visible-NIR Sensitivity

      Photomultiplier tubes (PMT) These detectors have extremely high sensitivity to very low light levels. They feature high gain, which is virtually noise-free, and ultrafast response. Various sizes and configurations are available.
    Photomultiplier tube (PMT) modules These modules consist of a PMT, high voltage power supply, and signal processing electronics.
     

    IR Sensitivity

      PbSe detectors (for 1.5-5.2 µm) PbS photoconductive detectors are sensitive to 1–3.2 µm wavelengths. PbSe photoconductive detectors are sensitive to 1.5–5.2 µm.
           

    Miniature Spectrometers

      Mini-spectrometers We offer a wide lineup of miniature spectrometers for high-precision and high-throughput measurements. These spectrometers are easy to use and have USB connectivity.
           

    Instruments

     

     

    Thickness measurement systems (Optical NanoGauge and Optical MicroGauge )

    Our Optical MicroGauge and Optical NanoGauge systems measure the substrate thickness of wafers or thin-films in real-time with high precision.
