Light Sources

Lamps

Mercury-xenon lamps These lamps emit UV to IR light with sharp peaks in the UV and visible regions corresponding to mercury's spectral lines. Other features include high output intensity, high stability, and long life.
Xenon flash lamps These pulsed light sources emit a broad spectrum from UV to IR. Other features include compact size, high output intensity, and low thermal effects.

LEDs & Laser Diodes

Continuous wave (CW) laser diodes These compact light sources emit monochromatic light within the 600-1000 nm range. They have high optical power, high stability, and long life.
High power linear array laser diodes These laser diodes feature high optical power at 808 nm. Single bar and stacked modules are available.
LEDs These LEDs have emission wavelengths in the red (660-940 nm) or infrared (1300-1650 nm).
Pulsed laser diodes These pulsed light sources have high output power at 860 nm and 870 nm.
Superluminescent diodes These laser diodes feature IR emission with high radiant flux density and low coherence.

Other Light Sources

Spot light sources These light sources feature a xenon or mercury-xenon lamp in a compact housing.
UV-LED light sources These light sources feature long-lasting UV-LEDs. Various configurations are available.

Detectors

Avalanche photodiodes (APDs) These photodiodes feature an internal gain, fast time response, low dark current, and high sensitivity.
Photo ICs These photo ICs are sophisticated sensors integrated with photosensitive elements and signal processing circuits.
Silicon photodiodes These compact and lightweight detectors have excellent sensitivity, low dark current, and excellent linearity. Various sizes and packages (metal, ceramic, plastic, etc.) are available.
Silicon PIN photodiodes These high-speed photodiodes have excellent sensitivity. They are available in various packages, active area sizes, and cutoff frequencies.

Image Sensors

CCD These scientific-grade CCDs are suitable for low and ultralow light detection. They feature high quantum efficiency, high signal-to-noise ratio, and wide dynamic range.
CMOS These image sensors are suitable for detecting high light levels. They feature low power consumption, on-chip circuitry, and high-speed operation.
InGaAs image sensors These image sensors have a spectral response range within 900 nm to 2550 nm. They feature a built-in CMOS IC readout circuit that allows easy signal processing.
Silicon photodiode arrays These detectors consist of multiple photodiode elements arranged in a linear or matrix format.
TDI-CCD These image sensors have time delay integration (TDI) mode, which allows high-speed, continuous image acquisition. They have very high sensitivity from UV to NIR.

Cameras

UV-Visible-NIR Sensitivity

Cameras for industrial imaging These cameras include B&W cameras, video cameras, and high-speed cameras.
Cameras for machine vision These cameras have spectral responses ranging from 300 nm to 980 nm. They meet requirements for X-ray, EUV, UV, IR, low light, high speed, and wide dynamic range applications.
TDI cameras These time delay integration (TDI) cameras improve speed and signal-to-noise ratio. Proper implementation of TDI yields a significant increase in throughput over traditional stop-and-start stage and camera acquisition schemes.

X-ray Sensitivity

X-ray line scan cameras These cameras feature a slim design for installation under conveyors in a production line. They are capable of high throughput and require lower radiation dosages.
X-ray TDI line scan cameras These time delay integration (TDI) cameras are for applications that require higher sensitivity and higher resolution than regular (non-TDI) line scan cameras can deliver. They feature a slim design for installation under conveyors in a production line.

Other Products

Electrostatic remover Our PhotoIonizer removes static electricity. Compared to the conventional corona discharge method, the PhotoIonizer is faster and does not generate dust, electromagnetic noise, or ozone.
UV power meters These UV power meters directly measure UV light at specific wavelengths. They are highly stable and precise.
